The Fenton SludgeMASTER RK Series Dehydration System is an indirectly heated automatic batch style bio-solids dehydrator.

The system is ideally suited to dehydrate dewatered bio-solids to 90 % dry solids and thereby producing a Class A soil amendment product. The system is contains a unique scrubber/condenser component that captures the exhaust stream and then condenses the stream using available plant treated water. The RK Dehydrator is ideally suited to process and recover biosolids (fertilizer), food wastes (animal feed), and other organic products.
